came with the item & case, no unnecessary packaging, plus the free reader works well (not actually free, but a graet deal for the reader) able to transfer all my blackberry pictures & music, & Slacker cashe (great free music player for Blackberry that lets you save the music stations on the phone even with no reception, went from able to save 11 stations on my old 2 GB card to 25 on the 8GB) with little problems, and still have 6GB left to spare
