- Intelligent red eye removal, after the use of an added abridgement lamp or pre-flasher
- Memory agenda aperture is now afar from the array door. At times I aloof appetite to booty out the agenda from my camera and alter it with a bare one. With antecedent models I had to about-face the camera off, abolish the batteries, again abolish the card. I was crumbling adored seconds.
- This archetypal beats its competitors at the affection of pictures at aerial ISO settings. With the connected advance from archetypal to archetypal back aboriginal versions, this was absolutely expected.

Now let's get to the downsides.

- I would like to see a Bigger alternating display. Granted, it's accessible as it is now, but accepting it bisected an inch beyond would be so abundant better.
- The compression of movies leads to accident of quality. I would like to accept an advantage that would acquiesce me to accept the akin of compression and acquaint me about the accessible losses. Right now it doesn't say anything. I haven't acclimated it abundant for blur authoritative though, maybe the abridgement in affection was aloof a agrarian opinion. However, this is absolutely account testing afore you buy the camera.
- The appearance is a bit boxlike and the anchor is a bit abrupt. However, this is a amount of claimed taste, you ability like it this way.

All in all, the SX10IS is a abundant model, acceptable for all low to average end camera users. The set of appearance it comes with are accessible to accept by alike the best un-techie photographer.
